Our Pastors

William (Bill) & Edwina Dodds

Bill & Edwina have three adult children whom they loved raising in the House of God. Both grew up locally in Port Stephens and love serving God in such a beautiful location.

In February 2012 Pastors Bill & Edwina Dodds were positioned as the senior pastors under the discipleship of Ps Allan & Rhonda Ward and have continued to faithfully serve as leaders of the church. Their passion is to see people come to know Jesus Christ, make disciples and activate peoples gifting to establish the kingdom of God on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Joshua Carter

Josh and his wife, Brooke (married in 2015) both grew up in Port Stephens and are raising three young daughters; Ava, Maya, & Lily. After a journey of studying other religions Josh began following Jesus as a teenager and has attended & served at the church ever since.

Josh is passionate about the intersection between theology & spirituality, with a desire to disciple people to follow Christ and live as God intended by His Word. Josh oversees our Youth, Young Adults, & Worship ministries.

Brenda Yeo

Brenda married her childhood sweetheart Greg over 30 years ago & together they have raised three amazing children. The Yeo family love to road trip, spend time together playing games and laughing. She loves to learn and to create whether it’s sculpture, painting or constructing with her power tools.

Brenda has a heart for discipleship and community, and loves to play her part in advancing the kingdom for Christ. With a Diploma of Education (Early Childhood), a Bachelor of Ministry, Post Grad in Christian Counselling and a Masters of Ministry, Brenda is uniquely equipped as the Head of our Bible College (CHC hub). As an Assistant Pastor, she oversees our Connect Groups and is additionally involved in creating and planning church events.
